Foundational Private Work
This work begins with a structured six-session series.
Six weekly meetings create a focused arc. This gives enough time for patterns to emerge, for dreams to deepen, and for inner themes to become visible.
This is not open-ended coaching.
It is a beginning.
Structure and Logistics
- •Six sessions
- •60 minutes each
- •Typically held weekly
- •Conducted via video (in-person by arrangement if available)
A weekly rhythm is recommended to maintain continuity.
If scheduling adjustments are needed, they can be discussed in advance.
Why Six Sessions
Depth work requires continuity.
A single conversation can open something.
Understanding develops through attention over time.
Across six weeks we:
- Track recurring images and emotional themes
- Work with felt sense in the body
- Notice shifts in inner structure
- Allow meaning to form gradually
By the end of the series, most clients experience greater clarity about what their inner process is asking of them.
What Happens in a Session
Sessions are quiet, focused, and structured.
You may bring:
- •A recent dream
- •A recurring image
- •An emotional pattern
- •A life situation that feels charged
We slow down.
We stay with the material.
We allow associations to form.
You are not given interpretations.
You develop your own capacity to understand what is unfolding.
After the Foundational Series
Some clients feel complete after six sessions.
Others choose to continue weekly to deepen the work.
There is no pressure to continue.
The foundational series stands on its own.
This Work Is Not
- •Crisis therapy
- •Symptom management
- •Performance optimization
- •One-off dream decoding
It is depth work.
Investment and Next Step
If this resonates, the next step is a short introductory conversation.
We will discuss fit, expectations, and investment before beginning.
