Small Dream Circles
These are structured, time-bound groups for working with dreams and emotional experience in a focused setting.
Each circle is four weekly meetings.
$140 for the circle — four 90-minute meetings, $35 each.
This is not an ongoing community.
It is a contained process with a clear beginning and end.
The memories we construct and share as groups contribute to our sense of who we are.
Format

Dream sharing
Guided work with image and felt sense
Structured reflection
Practical suggestions between meetings
The emphasis is depth and attention, not quick interpretation.
What You Will Learn
Over the course of a circle, participants begin to:

- •Recognize recurring symbols and emotional patterns
- •Work with images without rushing to analyze
- •Develop greater inner listening
The goal is not to "decode" dreams.
It is to strengthen your capacity to stay with what emerges.
Who This Is For
Dream Circles are appropriate for those who:
- •Are curious about working seriously with dreams
- •Can listen to others respectfully
- •Are comfortable speaking in a small group
- •Are not currently in acute psychological crisis
This is not group therapy.

English and Russian circles are held separately.
