My Approach
This work is grounded in Jungian dreamwork and Gendlin's Focusing.
These traditions share a respect for lived experience and a refusal to impose meaning from outside.
Jungian Dreamwork
Jungian dreamwork honors symbols, archetypes, and the psyche's inner language.
We explore what the dream speaks from — rather than applying predetermined interpretations.
Focusing (Eugene Gendlin)
Focusing develops sensitivity to the body's felt sense — the subtle, pre-verbal way experience carries meaning.
Through careful attention to bodily response, images and situations begin to unfold in their own time.
Method
The dream belongs to the dreamer
Interpretation is not imposed
Meaning develops gradually
Emotional experience is treated as information
You shape the meaning. I accompany.
Ethics
