Something in you is already speaking.

Through dreams.

Through emotion.

Through subtle shifts in the body.

What we do with it

This practice is a structured way of learning how to listen — and how to understand what is being communicated.

We slow down.

We stay with images.

We notice felt sense.

We allow meaning to form gradually.

What to bring

A recent dream, an old dream, or just a fragment.

If you don't remember a dream, that is fine too. We can begin with an emotion, an image, or whatever is present right now.

Who you'd be talking to

Valentina Kroshilina is certified in dreamwork through the Institute for Dream Studies. She trained in person with Ann Weiser Cornell and Barbara McGavin at a Focusing retreat in Germany, and in April 2026 The International Focusing Institute presented her its Award of Recognition for Proficiency in Focusing Partnership, on Cornell's recommendation.

A paper of hers was published in Jungian Analysis, the journal of the Moscow Association of Analytical Psychology. She holds a master's in applied mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University, and spent her career in engineering and technology management. This work is the same attention, turned inward.

She is in training toward Focusing certification, expected 2028. Until then this is Focusing-informed practice, not certified instruction.

She is not a licensed therapist, not a Jungian analyst, and not a healthcare provider.

What this work is not

This is not psychotherapy or medical treatment.

It is not one-off dream interpretation.

You are not given interpretations. The dream belongs to the dreamer.

And if you are going through something heavy right now and not working with anyone, this is not the place to start. A therapist or a doctor comes first. That is not a judgement — it is a different kind of help, and this does not stand in for it.

Let's talk about your dream · 20 minutes, free

A recent dream, an old dream, or just a fragment. We'll spend the time with it.

Before you book:

There's nothing to prepare.

A fragment is enough.

You don't need to know what it means.

If nothing comes to mind, we can begin with an image or a feeling.

There is no obligation to continue.
